    It features a diecut colored rubber cover bound in a stitched spine and a foldout poster designed by Mark and Jerry.
  • The softcover perfect-bound edition was first published in 2020 by Rocket 88, an imprint of Essential Works, Limited.
    It features a glossy cardstock cover glued to the spine[2] and 316 pages that include two bound pages featuring a poster designed by Mark and Jerry.
